It's actually not an inverted flare. The male end on the hose is 16-1.5 straight thread the steel part of the fuel line has a flat ring around it like a washer but it's crimped in the fitting I machined has a flat bottom and it uses an oring to seal it.
So I got tired of changing fwd wheel bearings the hard way so I bought this puller and then made an adapter to go on my bigger slide hammer. Hopefully it doesn't break.
I also ordered a bearing press kit too but it's not here yet.
