Is there a List of OS's for the LBZ somewhere?

Just had a thought to See if there is a Newer one than what I have in the Truck now.

If there is, would it be Worth it to Upgrade to it?
 
Ok, so I Found a Site to Run your VIN and it'll Show you the Latest OS for all the Modules in the Truck. My Current OS's are about 2-3 Revisions Behind.

Is there any way to get the Updated OS's other than from the Dealer?

The Site I Found just Runs and Checks your VIN, there is no Place to Download the OS's from.
