Sounds like the clutch is not disengaging is what you mean to say? As in when you have the clutch pedal depressed power is still being transferred to the transmission?

Welcome to the forum Martin.
Most times, when a vehicle with manual transmission in neutral end clutch engaged, the will tend to creep s!ightly until the lube is pushed away from the gears and shafts.
