Fuel transfer pump, Richmond VA

Does anyone in or near Richmond have an electric fuel transfer pump I could use for a couple days?

I need to pump our heating oil tank empty (600 gallons) in order to replace a leaking valve. I've got a hand pump but that's a whole lotta pumping.
