Cilinder bore size from 6.2 to 6.5

My frend has a block 6.2 with 2 pieces seal. I have the new pistons set 6.5. What do you think about grinding cilinder sleevs from 101 to 103mm?

I wouldn't . The smaller clys allow the 6.2 to handle more abuse.

Thanks. I know that. But my question is about the possibility to grind the cylinder to 103mm.

that's all they did to go from 6.2 to 6.5. just bored them out

Yes you can do it, but isnt the cylinders 7 & 8 left slightly tighter because of thickness problems? Inonow there is some kind of clearance difference of those 2 cylinders compared to the other 6. - sorry just woke up, cant think clear as to what yet.
