I added a pre LP Racor filter and a Walbro inline before the OEM LP, all 3 are working. I have no error codes, and no air in the transparent hose coming off the IP to the return-to-tank, UNTIL I TURN IT OFF.
The bubbles vary in size from 1mm up to 2.5 inches.

Should I be worried?

I don't know if this would tell you anything but I would loosen up the fuel cap and try it again. It probably won't fix the problem but it would be something I would try first. The problem probably is closer to the pump itself. If it is a problem at all. Others should chime in on that one.

I just went out to check. Yup, I have a small bubble. I put the clear line in a while back when I was chasing down a stalling problem. It turned out to be a failed OPS sensor.

Don

One tiny bubble after shutdown is normal.
It miight be the clear return tubing is getting old and hard and aint to tight at the IP nipple(i had that happen on my 95,(no hose clamps)Just tapping the hose would let air in.
Or it could be there's still some trapped air working its way to the tank after the mod.If it persists i would check the connections
