Newbie with 98 tahoe 2 door 4wd - looking to change intermediate steering shaft with Borgeson 000920. Anyone with experience doing that swap?

Not sure if that shaft would even work on a 95+. The steering shaft is 2 pieces on the 95+ trucks and many have screwed up and put a shaft in with an unsupported center joint. I used a Jeep XJ shaft and used it to replace the lower rag joint by combining it with my stock shaft per the write up I did in the steering section. Others have replaced there rag joint with the Lares unit or the Help one. A few have managed to install a borgeson joint onto the end of there stock shaft.
