9.25" GM IFS

Changing out bearings, seals etc on my 9.25" GM IFS diff and the carrier bearing race in the driverside of case spins in its seat I know normally races should not spin anyone shed light on this issue or is it an issue?

The carrier is ARB air locker if that matters.

Yes, both barrier bearings have adjusters..one bearing racer installed in the case is real snug the other can be rotated in the housing but there is no side to side or other play.

The IFS with adjusters in the sides of the case for the carrier has the carrier bearings floating in there. They should move in there, but not have any real play to them.
