4L80E shifting down

i have a 03 silverado hd 4x4 4L80E when slowing down from 55 mph on up when i let up off the gas peddle it starts making a grinding noise until i step the gas peddle and apply the drake it stops also when i start to slow if i keep the rpms up a bit while apply the brakes to slow down it will not do it any speed 50 mph and lower it don't do it jus 55 and above the tranny fluid looks good

Try shifting to neutral in the tcase to eliminate that
