Your best bet is to phone BD Diesel Performance ... they quit making those things years ago, and many of the early BD and Hypertech chips caused big-time EGT issues when towing (probably why they quit making them!)

XDP (Xtreme Diesel Performance) - 732-719-0955 - is a BD Power Dealer, used to be a vendor here.

You will not find much info on these obsolete chips expect that there are way better ones out there now. Members here, Heath etc all do way better than the 10 year old chip you are looking at.

What is the 4 letter code on the chip itself? BXPY is a SUBURBAN chip as that was the updated PROM chip I have from my BURB.

BXPY was likely just a core return chip they received and loaded their own program on. BXPY was a Suburban broadcast code though. BPAA was a C/K pickup code, I have seen it mostly in 95 4WD trucks. They likey just based their programs on the BPAA program. Increased fueling on it, and probably not much else. BD and Hypertech really didnt make good stuff.
