i have Heath Etork for my 95 in my 94 burb.......i have the ECM out of my 95 in the 94 because i'm using the IP out of the 95......there was no IP with the 94 burb when i got it.......
question is......when the 95 was running the Etork made the 95 shift stiff and would lockup stiff......
now...
i'm changing head gaskets on my burb and found 3 of the 4 pre cups are cracked on the passenger side head.......do they need changed?.....where to get them and are they hard to change out?
ok which one?.......was lookin' on Rockauto and they have 2.5kw one's and 5.0kw......i can see the one is twice the kw of the other but i wonder if one spins fast than other?.......or should i just get a Powermaster and get over it?????:???::???::???::???:
anyone gave theirs a good drowning in mud?......it got drowned yesterday and ran when i parked it(been raining heavy too....close to 6" last 24 hours) wouldn't start this morning.....put in a good PMD i had and it lit right off......anyone else had this trouble?
i had my IP rebuilt 4 months ago for a hot no start.....it has went back to them 3 times and they can't get it right.....still the same trouble.....hard to start after being ran and then setting for over 20 min's.......tired of removing it and shipping it back and forth.....

i bought a 94 Burb.....it didn't have a IP.....so i took the IP off my 95 Burb that caught fire and put it in the 94.....it's a dog,rev's slow and rattles when idling.....there are no codes fuel pressure is 7psi at idle and 4 at WOT......is the 94 ECM mad at the 95 IP?...there is no blowby at...
the burb in my sig died a under hood fiery death.....now i have a one 1 year old that will get a lot of good parts for the 94 i just got!!!!.....stay tuned!!!!:eek:
this is on the 93 K3500......was havin'(from i could tell) heat soak issue and was cranckin' a little longer than normal to start cold.......i get a reman IP from pensacola diesel get it all put in and bleed it all out.....after runnin' the batt's dead 3 times it would start,rev and run for...
ok my burb is a 95 and a buddy has a k3500 that's a 93 that had a 6.5 in it from the factory has a gas 350 in it now and is parting it out......will the 93 4l80e work in the burb?......
the burb is blowin' fluid out the filler tube......it's not runnin' hot 160f to 180f......doesn't do it all the time.....sometime when it idiein' and sometimes when i shut it off.....it slips when you first take off when cold.....then when warm it after you stop and shut it off then start it and...
has anyone used 1 on a 95 burb?....if so which 1 did you get?....i haven't crawled under to see the line size's.....line size would be good too...
