I' m having a problem with the inj. leaking at the nipples and have no hose to replace it.
My question is will I burn up the injectors on that side of the motor if I put 350 miles on them with that hose on that side of the motor plugged...
I have new G/P'S, good batts, good inj.s and good grounds.
The G/P controller cycles the right amount of time but fails to start the truck for the first start of the morning.
Could the controller be bad or am I missing something simple,ie, cheap that could rectify this issue.

Okay spent some time on it and here is what I have. Very low hour/mileage 660 block, still has the hone in the cylinders. Very little soot in the exh. entire drivetrain internals look like they are new or just out of the machine shop. Zero sludge or carbon build up.

Installed the d-fan today and it works to good. I have to undo the fan clutch mod because it pulls so much heat that the fan screams after only 5 min. of towing. stock fan wouldn't dream of coming on unti 195/200 [where I had it set]. Now it comes on at 185. The gauge stays at 185 even with egts...
Is the cdr supposed to close when the turbo spools up and close the valve so as to not pull oil from the crankcase? What would be the result of a cdr that isn't working? I have no oil residue at the turbo inlet and was wondering if that is normal.
