Prestone level and oil color are unchanged from before the trip, guess I dodged the boooolitt this time. New fan clutch I hope will make enough difference so it dont climb above the 200 mark from now on. LOL

be careful which master cyl You put on the hydroboost. It must be a master that was specifically made for that year, make and model of truck that the boost came with. A guy I know had brake issues, parts store sold him masters for vac boosted units.
Had a dingaling sound coming from under neath the K3500. crawled under there with the rubber mallet, tapped this and that, then just sort of looked things over, the aha moment. airbag mounting bracket nuts on the bolts was backed off, tightenedum up and hopefully dingaling is now gone. LOL
Actuators in the doors on the K3500 act just like what Yours is doing. I thought about replacing the actuators but just wanted to be sure it was actually the actuator and not a possible bad ground, within the door or on the door itself, grounding through the hinge pins and no ground wire within...
Along with all the other advice, if You have not done so already, disconnect the battery negative cables for about a minute then hook them back up, after that, take the truck for a drive and see what codes pop up.
