did some welding on the replacement rear bumper for the 93. had this thing for a few years on the 96, but since i'm parting it out, i took it off. it was found on the side of the road on the way to work one day. fell off a dump or cement truck. cut it down, welded in a place for the plate and...
no it's not. it's being stored in a locomotive. about 4000 gallons left from a 5000 gallon tank. i'm on my 2nd tank. 1st i didn't add cetane and mileage suffered. about 1/2 through this tank.
i have a source for sulfur diesel. i add the recommended dose of cetane because it's been sitting a few years. truck runs way better on it. good price too.

got the front end aligned. rag joint needs replacing, which i'll do and told me about the PS leak from the hydroboost, which i'll take my part to them to put on. almost 300K and none of the parts needed replacing and this was its first FEA. they had to remove the KO plugs.
Just a project right now, sitting in the driveway, in my way. Would like to get it running before I sell it or I could part it out. LMK.
Asking $1,500.00 as is.
Bought in 2000. It was a farm truck in it's previous life and originally had leather. Drove it daily until fuel went up so I bought a...
trying to find a shop who really knows these diesel engines is the same as looking for that needle in a haystack. JB Weld is a temp fix at best: just to get you home. if a shop suggested it to me(same thing for not using a perm fix like step keyway), i would be calling the tow truck to visit...
