    They dont look bad, normal signs of wear.One thing that I am wondering is if that bushing for the output shaft comes pressed into the new rear housing or if I need to order that separate?

    As you can see from the above pics i removed and disassembled the t-case, As soon as i lifted the rear section off the bushing from the rear case fell out(obviously runout and broken), further inspection led me to damage to the output shaft bearing but that was it, looks like i pulled it apart...

Checked out the t-case and found excessive play at the driveshaft at the output of the t-case, located hole in case and drained oil which had signs of metal.     Looks like a voltage drop from the relay pin 87 to the clutch connector ive got 12 v going through the relay but no power at the clutch.Its got 1.8 ohms on that wire from pin 87 of the relay to the clutch connector, i started moving the harness around to do a wiggle test and all the sudden i had...

    Well i with the help of pb blaster and a little luck i swapped out both suspected plugs with no problems at all, cleared fault and nothing returned, i really appreciate all the help guys if you have any questions about big rigs/ cummins, cat, kenworths let me know haha.

    Well i checked the pins at the control module connectors, no corrosion or damaged pins , Had two wires that were out of spec, left the connectors unplugged and ohmed out the plugs #2 and #7 had 42.2 k ohms all others were at 2.5 ohms.

    Ok will do, thanks for the help, my dad did get a price on a controller from gm its $125.00, ill check the connections and ohm out the wires when i get home from work And ill keep this thread updated
