I disagree.......
From the ready lift site:
Our new keys are designed to provide the required lift without compromising the ride quality that often occurs when the factory keys are over-rotated. ReadyLift® keys are guaranteed never to affect the OEM ride and will not add more pressure on the...
The purpose of the keys are so the t-bars are not cranked all the way. The keys re-index the holes. I would say the bed is not loaded 95% of the time. I didn't change the load capacity of the truck. As for wearing out the front end, well, this truck has 260,000 on it and it is not babied and the...
My 01 work truck, I am still running 265's, I just wanted the level look. I had 305's on my 04 with a 6 inch lift and they looked small so I went up to 315's.
I have torsion keys from Ready Lift on my 01 work truck. It leveled the front end up perfect. They been on the truck for around five years now and have had no issues at all.
I like the black ones. Tougher look! That's probably cause I have black rims on my truck. Either way, you will look like you are part of Raider Nation.
In reality, neither keeps the t-bar in OEM location. All other lift manufacturers use the drop application cause it is tried and proven. The relocator is kinda gimmicky.
in a sense, it drops it but is still in the a-arm where it belongs and in the lowered crossmember. Look at this site and pics. This is what re-
locating the t-bar means....

Hope this clarifys. Not a big fan of this kit. Seems IMO...
I see the little brackets upon further inspection of the pic. Upper half of the pic on each side. I personally like the second kit better. Keeping the t-bar in the proper hole in the a arm seems a little more stout IMO.
the drop location means that the front of the T-bar will stay in the stock location in the lower a arm and the rear will drop with a lowered crossmember. The lower a arm does drop with the front sub frame though. The other one will keep the rear of the t-bar in the stock location and uses a...
I may have made a boo boo. I greased the main shaft between the transfercase and tranny where the adapter is. I didn't use much, just coated it for an easier installation. Can this eventually get into the tranny? Can it contaminate the transmission fluid. Or am I worrying about nothing. When I...
After reading about the pump rub on various boards I was getting concerned myself. I have a 2004 Z71 1500 with the manual transfer case shift. The T-case is a 261. My truck has 113,000 miles so I had the feeling that I was on borrowed time. I got a quote for 400$ to take out and put the new pump...
same truck with 20's on it. Got tired of the harsh ride and the tires are really expensive. So I gave the truck a make over with the black rims that are 17's.
