Actually It came pouring out the front when I took mine apart. I had pulled it apart to salvage the sol as it was good and I had a fried one handy and the starter was being turned in as a core.

I have always used Sears Die Easys with good luck. They are cheap, work good and can be returned with ease. Think there was a batt thread here somewhere. I personally do not like Interstate. Every set that I ever had they failed prematurely.

Pop the nose off the starter when you take it out and see if a mountain of black crud falls out That will be your brushes if the starter is shot. The disc in the sol could be bad as well. Can't flip em on these like the big MT's

The cycle switch is most likely a chinese knockoff and bad. I had this problem a few times. I only use GM factory ones. Use the vin from the truck. There are a few different ones. Low freon will not cause it to freeze up. That happens on Home/residential units. ON these the switch will make it...
