Are you using the Dorman wire kit for the upgrade 4x? If so run the brown wire to a dash switch then he can have low range 2wd. Really nice for backing trailers on inclines and such
Toying with the idea of making this a daily driver. One thing that always been annoying is the the belts. What year is the best set up to swap the a serpentine belt set up? A/C has been dead but I will get that working again for sure.
I have considered swapping my controller over to an inkbid PID temp controller. You can set ramp up, and the temp spread real easy. I have one on my powder coat oven and it think it would make it sweet to tighten on the spread / temp differential. Using the same a @ak diesel driver now.
Sorry been "away" my 07 Burb is different looking but they just were snapped in to door panel and I used two very small blade screwdriver to get it out and to open back to clean
My 07 Burb had some seat heater issues, took switches out and apart then with some electrical cleaner and q-tip ,cleaned all the contacts and work great.
Working on an 07 4L70E that went in limp mode, codes were C0379, P0756. At this point the original builder is working on it. So basically for 100miles it works fine then suddenly goes in limp at tries to pull away in 3rd. Warm or cold doesn't change it. So far TCM, separator plate, valve...
@DieselAmateur saw comment about blt season. I have hooked my family and friends on PBLT s lol yes peanut butter then bacon, tomato, lettuce and then mayo on that side. Good toasted bread of course. It is funny because almost everyone turns up their nose till they try it.

On GMT400 forum i rhink there is someone who takes orders for Brazil headlights that are supposed to be glass, i think. Seems like they were pricey 3-400 ish.
