New Army Proto type off road vehicle
As an active duty Army mechanic I can assure you that the vehicles in my motor pool are PMCS'd on a regular basis. For the most part soldiers aren't stupid, the majority of them seem to understand that PMCS is the best was to ensure their shit doesn't break down in the middle of Baghdad.- KrasnyOktyabr
